Aundair

Aundair is a proud human-dominated nation known for its scholars and mages, and its ambition. It is rightfully proud of its tradition of public education. It is home to the University of Wynarn in Fairhaven, and the floating arcane college of Arcanix.

Aundair was one of the original Five Nations and backed the rightful heir, Mishann of Cyre, at the start of the Last War. Today, Queen Aurala is one of the loudest voices calling for a renewed war to claim the crown of Galifar for herself. The nation of the Eldeen Reaches was once a territory of Aundair, only to break away in 958 Y.K. Though that was decades ago, Aundair still claims the territory— though most know it’s a lost cause, even if the Queen won’t admit it.
