You touch a creature and soothe its wounds while dispelling some of its ailments. The target regains hit points equal to 2d8 + your spellcasting ability modifier. In addition, choose one of the following effects:

Disease. Any diseases affecting the target are removed.

Conditions. One of the following conditions affecting the target is ended: blinded, deafened, paralyzed, or poisoned.

Exhaustion. The target’s exhaustion level is reduced by one.

Ability Score. Any effect reducing one of the target’s ability scores ends.
