Suspended within the waters float massive stone earthbergs, their surfaces home to vibrant aquatic ecosystems and submarine civilizations illuminated by forests of luminescent kelp. At the heart of the plane lies a legendary sunken metropolis, the Citadel of 10,000 Pearls, where dwell the powerful djinn called the Marid who rule this plane.
