Risia

Risia is an endless expanse of frozen landscapes blanketed in ice and snow. Thick layers continually build up beneath dark, stormy skies that never stop pouring down freezing snow and sleet. Here, the air itself is bitterly cold—so cold it burns the lungs and steals breath away. Temperatures are never above freezing and often well below. Extreme weather—ranging from blizzards and hailstorms to sleet and heavy snow—is commonplace. Travelers to Risia must prepare carefully, or risk becoming just another frozen relic in this unforgiving land. From their frozen palaces the serene djinn called the Qorrash rule this frigid land.
