Balcony Sniper
You've mastered the art of shooting from rooftops, bridges, and tower ledges.
Prerequisites: Sharn origin, 6th level

When making a ranged attack from a higher elevation than your target, you gain the following benefits:

You ignore half cover and three-quarters cover.

You can attempt to Hide as a bonus action immediately after the attack.
Clifftop Cutter
Your reflexes are honed for quick strikes and fast escapes in Sharn's vertical sprawl.

Increase your Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.

On your first turn in combat, you gain a bonus to your speed equal to 1/2 your total speed (rounded down).
Cogsgate Bruiser
Your reputation in Sharn's Cogsgate district precedes you.
Prerequisites: Sharn origin

Dagger of (Crime Org.)
You carry the swagger of one of Sharn's most notorious criminal organizations. (Choose one of Daask, the Boromars, the Tyrants, or House Tarkanan, and fill in the feat name accordingly.)
Prerequisites: Sharn origin, 4th level, affiliation with the chosen criminal organization

You gain proficiency in the Insight skill. If you were already proficient, you gain Expertise in the skill. If you already had Expertise you gain no further benefit.

You gain proficiency with daggers, short swords and rapiers.

When you spend at least 1 hour asking questions, buying drinks, or mingling in a settlement, you can make a Charisma (Persuasion) check to gather information. The DC depends on the rarity of the information. On a success, you learn 1d4 pieces of information relevant to your inquiries. On a failure, you pick up misleading or trivial rumors instead.
Messenger's Precision
Your aim is steady even when your weapon must fly far.
Prerequisites: Sharn origin

You ignore disadvantage on ranged attack rolls you make with thrown weapons at long range.
Street Enforcer
You've learned the brutal efficiency of Sharn's enforcers and protection rackets.
Prerequisite: Sharn origin, Strength or Constitution 13, 4th level
Benefits:

When you hit a creature with a melee weapon or unarmed strike attack on your turn, you can attempt to shove that creature as a bonus action.

You gain proficiency in the skill Intimidation. If you were already proficient, you gain Expertise in the skill. If you already had Expertise you gain no further benefit.
Syrania's Blessing
The manifest zones to Syrania suffusing Sharn have blessed your spellcasting.
Prerequisites: Sharn origin, 8th level, Spellcasting feature

The spells feather fall, levitate and flight are added to your spell list, if they were not already there.

You always have the spell feather fall prepared, and it doesn't count against the number of spells you can prepare.

For each of the spells levitate, and fly, you can cast it once per long rest without expending a spell slot.
Undersharn Rat
Life in the shadows beneath Sharn's towers has sharpened your senses and survival skills.
Prerequisites: Sharn origin

Increase your Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.

You gain darkvision with a range of 60 ft. If you already have darkvision, its range increases by 30 ft.

When you are already hidden, you may make a Dexterity (Stealth) check with advantage. You may use this ability twice per short rest.
University Scholar
Your education is equal parts scholarship, street smarts, and a knack for not asking questions.
Prerequisites: Sharn origin, affiliation with Morgrave University

Increase your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.

You gain proficiency in the skill Arcana. If you were already proficient, you gain Expertise in the skill. If you already had Expertise you gain no further benefit.

When you make a History or Arcana ability check related to ancient ruins or antiquities, roll with advantage.

Learn one additional language from the list Giant, Draconic, or Goblin; the Academic dialect in each case.
Upper City Sniper
Patience and stillness turn you into a deadly marksman among the towers.
